About Me

Tina Bailey

I am Tina L. Bailey—a paralegal, entrepreneur, administrator extraordinaire, and proven problem-solver. Professionally, I serve as an Assistant Corporate Secretary at a major corporation, and personally, I am deeply committed to helping people realize their dreams. My life’s work centers on nurturing, coaching, and teaching others to take bold leaps of faith while developing strong leadership skills and growing both personally and professionally.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to discover and fulfill their life assignment, pursue entrepreneurship, and become organized, effective, and efficient in every area of life. I earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Marquette University and a Generalist Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University, along with a Certificate and Associate Degree from Life Christian University. I also aspire to return to law school one day to earn my law degree.

For more than twenty years, I have faithfully served at The Pursuit of God Transformation Center as the Pastor of Administration and Business Advisor. I was instrumental in co-developing the School of Accelerated Prosperity (SOAP), where I helped design and teach the curriculum, as well as develop policies, procedures, and operational processes to support organizational excellence.

I am also the creator and producer of the Roadmap to Success Planner, a tool and daily partner in helping you to prioritize your time. I am also an author of my first book, Ending Us: A Transformational Journey to Prospering Through Divorce, Disease, and Death. This deeply personal work chronicles my journey of healing and growth through a painful divorce, a

breast cancer diagnosis, and the loss of both of my parents to cancer—all within a three-year period. In addition, I am the founder of the “I Win” t-shirt and hoodie line, created to inspire faith, resilience, and victory.

As a divorcée, breast cancer survivor, and woman who has walked through profound loss, I carry a powerful testimony. My mission is to encourage and equip others with the courage to push, pull, and persevere through life’s challenges—emerging stronger, wiser, and victorious.

When I’m not working or serving, I enjoy spending quality time with my three adult children—Tiana, Treneil, and Taylor—and my four beautiful grandchildren, Arianna Chanel, Parker Lynn, Levi Edward, and Caleah Janise. I also cherish time with my family, reading, and traveling.
